Aggiornamenti Karla,,,,, Karla updates,,,,,

Scrivo queste righe per spiegarvi a cosa serve e come funziona l'operazione che ha subito Karla,
Vengono effettuati dei tagli piccoli fatti con il microbisturi in profondità fino alle contratture dove i tendini fanno la lotta per chiudere le articolazioni.
Karla aveva bisogno di intervenire tanto sulla parte sinistra dove il danno cerebrale era più evidente,
dalla foto si vede che si sono creati degli ematomi perché in quelle zone erano più rigide e ci hanno messo un po’ più tempo ad intervenire.
In questo modo e con questa operazione vengono liberate tutte le contratture aiutandola ad avere una posizione più dritta,i movimenti facilitati,e sopratutto levando il dolore dei crampi muscolari
Finalmente la nostra principessa potrà riposare serena e passare finalmente delle giornate libera da dolori

I write these lines to explain to you what the Karla Surgery underwent is and how it works.
Small cuts are made with the micro-scalpel in depth up to the contractions where the tendons struggle to close the joints.
Karla needed to intervene a lot on the left side where the brain damage was more evident,
From the photo we see that hematomas were created because in those areas they were more rigid and it took them a little longer to intervene.
In this way and with this operation all the contractures are freed helping it to have a more upright position, facilitated movements, and above all removing the pain of muscle cramps
Finally our princess can rest peacefully and finally spend some pain-free days
